Information we collect
When you book a car, request service, submit a testimonial, or contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message or booking. We only collect what we need to deliver the service you requested.
How your data is protected
Customer data is stored in a managed database protected by row-level security. Contact messages, bookings, and customer records are not publicly readable — they can only be viewed and managed by authorized Thunder Group administrators who sign in with their own credentials. Administrative access requires authentication and an explicit admin role.
What's publicly visible
Only content meant to be public is shown publicly — our vehicle fleet, gallery images, and approved customer testimonials. Personal details from bookings and contact submissions are never displayed publicly.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by contacting us using the details below.
Cookies & tracking
Our site uses only the cookies necessary to operate the booking and admin experience (for example, keeping an administrator signed in). We do not sell your personal information.
